Haiku

I’ve been inspired to write a little haiku…defined technically by 3 lines, beats 5, 7, 5, but in America more loosely defined as a 3 line poem with less then 17 syllables, usually the middle line being the longest…this is 2 haiku, but it almost fits as one long poem too…

I am SOOO excited!  In just a few days, I will be seeing my favorite artist, Ani Difranco, live and in concert at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor.  I saw Ben Folds (also awesome) there not too long ago and it is a fantastic small venue!
